1. Who We Are

VedicFix and Dheemahi are services operated by Sailor Success Education Services ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use vedicfix.online, dheemahi.vedicfix.online, or any related consultation, reading, or content service (together, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity details you provide directly: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, date/time/place of birth.
  • Your question or context submitted with a reading or consultation request.
  • Payment information: we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, our licensed payment gateway partner, under their own security and privacy standards.
  • Usage data: standard web analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to improve the Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your astrological reading or consultation.
  • To process payments and send booking confirmations.
  • To contact you on WhatsApp or email regarding your order.
  • To improve our content, products, and customer experience.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We share the minimum data necessary with these processors to deliver the Services:

  • Razorpay - payment processing.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) - generates AI-assisted readings from your chart data and question. Your birth details are sent to generate the reading and are not used to train any model.
  • Resend - transactional email delivery (booking notifications).
  • Netlify - website hosting.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and consultation records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal/accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing helpme@vedicfix.online. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, restricted access, reputable third-party processors) to protect your data. No online system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
