By accessing or using vedicfix.online, dheemahi.vedicfix.online, or purchasing any reading, report, or consultation (together, the "Services"), operated by Sailor Success Education Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Nature of the Services

VedicFix and Dheemahi provide Vedic astrology readings, AI-assisted interpretations, and live consultations for guidance and entertainment purposes. Our content combines classical Jyotish methodology with a psychology-informed delivery style. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to purchase or use the Services.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

Readings depend on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you submit. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($) as displayed at checkout, via Razorpay. Prices are as listed on the site at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Scheduling & Delivery

Live sessions are scheduled directly with Dheemahi via WhatsApp after payment, across applicable time zones. Async readings (AI-generated or Prashna-style) are delivered within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to resell readings commercially without permission, submitting false information to obtain a refund, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on vedicfix.online and dheemahi.vedicfix.online - articles, branding, and reading formats - is owned by Sailor Success Education Services and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailor Success Education Services and Dheemahi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from decisions made based on a reading or consultation. Astrological guidance does not override your own judgment, free will, or professional advice from a qualified expert.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
