Refund Policy

1. AI Readings & Digital Reports

The Free AI Reading, full AI Reading (₹199), and any other instantly-delivered digital report are non-refundable once generated and delivered, as the product is fully consumed at the point of delivery. If a reading fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer - email helpme@vedicfix.online with your payment ID.

2. Prashna Kundli (Async WhatsApp Reading)

Refundable in full if you cancel before Dheemahi has begun preparing your reading. Once delivered on WhatsApp, the reading is considered complete and is non-refundable.

3. Live Sessions (Deep Dive & Flagship)

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before your agreed session time: full refund, or free reschedule - your choice.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before your agreed session time: no refund, but one free reschedule is offered.
• No-show (you do not join at the agreed time without prior notice): no refund.
• If Dheemahi needs to cancel or is unable to conduct the session, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days. Processing times beyond this point are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email helpme@vedicfix.online with your name, payment ID, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
